This lamp has been the result of an ongoing design process, undergoing many iterations to finally achieve its technical and aesthetic objectives. I'm proud to introduce STALA, a smart companion and feature light for any home.

The floor lamp balances visual simplicity with distinctive design features. The wooden sections projecting from the top and bottom over the Japanese Mulberry paper draw inspiration from stalagmites and stalactites found in caves. This inspiration is further emphasized by the beautiful glow of the diffused light through the mulberry paper, contrasting with the open area between these formations.

One of the key design points is the lamp's ergonomics. A controller conveniently sits nestled at the top, allowing you to adjust brightness and colour temperature. This wireless controller rests on a magnetic plate for easy removal and use from a distance. Additionally, the remote interface can be linked to other lights within the same system.

For further control and convenience, the lamp utilizes WiFi, allowing any smart device to adjust settings or set automated schedules remotely. For those facing power cuts, an optional battery backup system is integrated within the lamp.
